Yes, the open spaces around the property can be used to assemble a small stage, pergolas or other such setup for events.  Guests using the villa for the day will be permitted to avail the facilities such as washrooms, pool, gaming arcade etc. Meals can be arranged at an additional charge (per person, per meal).  Please note that the maximum capacity for an overnight stay is 12 people.

Can I reserve your place for special functions such as engagement ceremony, a small wedding ceremony or a birthday party, etc?

Yes, we do allow events/shoots at the villa, subject to Home Owner's approval. The open spaces around the property can be used to assemble a small stage, pergolas or other such setup for events.  Meals can be arranged at an additional cost (per person, per day). Please note that a maximum of 12 people will be accommodated in the villa for an overnight stay. 

Depending on the event and its requirements, a refundable deposit and additional charges may be applied. Any permissions required for photo shoot/functions will need to be taken by the guests themselves.

Can I reserve your Home for a few weeks for a Film or a Photo or an Advertisement shoot?

Is Driver and/or House-Help accommodation available?

Yes, driver accommodation is available for maximum one driver. Charges for the same are Rs. 1500 per person, per night which includes basic meals.

Are meals provided onsite? What are the charges?

Meals can be availed at an additional cost. Simple home-cooked meals are available. The charges for the same are Rs 1000 (veg) per head, per day and Rs 1200 (non-veg) per head, per day.
The meal charges for children between the ages of 6 and 11 are Rs 500 (veg) per child, per day and Rs 600 (non-veg) per child, per day.
Seafood and mutton preparations shall be charged extra, at actuals and will be subject to availability. Please inform in advance, to allow our caretaker to procure the same. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

Please note that meals are not allowed in the bedrooms.

No, outside food is not allowed. Yes, guests will be allowed to cook. Service charges will be applicable on this to cover expenses incurred on the consumption of cooking gas, cleaning fees etc.

Children  up to the age of 6 shall not be charged for meals.
Children in the age group 6-11 shall be charged Rs 500 for veg and 600 for non-veg per child per day

Playing loud music is allowed within limits. At night, guests are requested to respect our neighbors and keep the noise levels within the villa.

What are the Check-in & Check-out timings? May I request for late check-outs or an early check-in?

Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges will be applied.

We are planning to drive down. Are the roads good? Any specific things we need to know?

While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.

How do we reach your villa by public transport?

Accepted Answer

The best way to reach the villa is by a private vehicle. If you would like to travel by public transport, you could get down at Karjat railway station and hire a rickshaw/bus up to our home in Kashele village. Please note that finding local transport from station to the villa could be a challenge.

How and when do I pay for the Security Deposit and how and when is it returned to me?

Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. 

Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.

Yes, all of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. 
Please Note: The living room has an AC but since it is an open room, the AC is ineffective in that room.

Please note: 
Karjat may experiences load shedding by the MSEB. Ask the caretaker prior to Check-In.
 The home is in a rural area of Maharashtra, powered by MSEB. In case of  disruption of power due to fluctuation, we have a backup generator installed.  However, this backup power does not support ACs or Geysers, and will also burn out beyond 4 hours of usage.  Our homes are environment friendly, and we push our guests to be too. Please use electricity optimally at all times.
The pleasant monsoon and oncoming winter season do not require any extreme cooling appliances.

Do you have a problem with mosquitoes? How do you deal with it to make our stay more comfortable?

Yes, rest assured all of the rooms have been furnished with All-out machines. Guests are advised to shut the windows by 5.30 / 7.30 pm to avoid mosquitoes. If needed, the caretaker has Odomos on site.

Is this home senior citizen friendly?

While our home is senior citizen friendly, there is no wheelchair access and limited railing support. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor which are accessed by a flight of stairs without railing support. All bathrooms have anti-skid surfaces. The main gate is connected to the villa by a walkway with railings. Guests are advised to be cautious. There is an open air terrace and pool area, easily accessible from the living room. Upon special request, our caretakers can arrange for Low Salt / Low Spice / Low Fat / Low Sugar for senior citizens. This will need to be mentioned at the time of booking. 

In case of a medical emergency, the caretaker has the numbers of a doctor-on-call / ambulance service-on-call.

No, this villa is not wheelchair friendly. Please note that the bedrooms are located on a lower level, accessible by a flight of stairs without railing support.

Bellini is the perfect spot for a staycation. The villa has been furnished with a gaming arcade, a private pool and plenty of board games. Should you choose to venture out, there is river 10 minutes away.

Is there a pool and what's the depth/ length of the pool?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is a plunge pool about 3 and a half feet deep. The water is chlorinated and there are pool balls for kids to play. As there are no lifeguard facilities, kids are advised to swim under adult supervision. Pool timings are from 9 am - 7 pm.
Poolside parties are permitted but alcohol, food and glass bottles are strictly prohibited near the pool so as to avoid accidents.
