Free parking is available onsite (in a covered parking area). Up to 4 cars can be parked onsite.

Can I reserve your place for special functions such as engagement ceremony, a small wedding ceremony or a birthday party, etc?

The home cannot be reserved for special functions.

Do you allow us to stock things in your fridge?

Yes, you can use the fridge to store food/beverages.

Is there an aquaguard for drinking water supply? Do we need to carry our own Mineral Water bottles or are these readily available at your villa?

A can of mineral water will be available onsite for steady water supply.

Is Alcohol allowed? Are there any corkage charges?

Yes, alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. No corkage charges are applicable.

If it is a self-catering villa, would you be able to arrange for a cook? What kind of cooking facilities are available?

There is a caretaker onsite to ensure a comfortable stay. We cannot arrange for a cook.

Is smoking / alcohol consumption permitted?

Yes, smoking is allowed but strictly not inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the garden/lawn area. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. We do not encourage late night revelry or loud music.

What are the Check-in & Check-out timings? May I request for late check-outs or an early check-in?

Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking.

What formalities are needed during check-in and check-out?

As required by law, all adults have to provide their government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their residential address) at the time of Check-in. Your co-operation is of utmost importance to us.

Are we allowed to access all areas?

Yes, guests can access all the areas on the property.

How do we reach your villa by public transport?

Take a ferry from Gateway of India and get down at Mandwa Jetty and travel by the bus (serviced by the same boat provider) or by Public transport bus and get down at RCF Agricultural Centre stop and then take an auto to Ganesh Galli, Thal. It takes approximate 40 minutes from Mandwa Jetty.

If I'm driving, will there be any toll fees applicable?

Yes. Please note that toll charges are subject to change, depending on the authorities and the type of vehicle. Guests are requested to carry sufficient cash to cover the toll charge.

Who manages the villa?

There is a caretaker onsite to ensure a comfortable stay.

Are stag groups allowed to book this home?

No. We do not allow stag groups to book this home.

What is the cancellation policy?

A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM). A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM) If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.

Can I pay 50% now and pay the remaining 50% closer to the date?

Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.

How can I make a payment?

All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth. Please note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.

How and when do I pay for the Security Deposit and how and when is it returned to me?

A security deposit of Rs. 5,000 per room is to be paid online two days prior to the check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned after check-out within 5 business days by NEFT.

Can I redeem any offers while booking this home?

No. Members cannot redeem their nights, utilise their privileges, or avail any offers while booking this home.

How many extra mattresses can be provided?

3 extra mattresses can be arranged onsite only for kids. Maximum occupancy for adults is 6. Our home has adequate bed sheets, blankets and pillows for extra bedding.

What type of beds, mattresses do you have?

Our bedrooms have lovely queen-sized beds. One of the 3 bedrooms has 2 single beds.

Do you provide toiletries and bath towels?

Yes, we provide toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, towels etc.

Is the Home air-conditioned?

Yes, all of our bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Does the villa face frequent power outages? Are there any invertors or gensets to address this issue?

In case of disruption due to fluctuation, we have a genset which burns out beyond 6 hours of usage. So, it will be turned off after every 2 hours for 30 minutes in order for it to be used throughout the day. Usage of diesel for genset operation will be charged as per genset capacity and actuals.

Do you have a problem with mosquitoes? How do you deal with it to make our stay more comfortable?

All of the rooms have been furnished with All-out machines. If needed, the caretaker has Odomos on site.

Is there a security guard / watchman?

There is a caretaker onsite to ensure a comfortable stay.

Are the premises monitored using CCTVs?

No, there are no CCTV cameras installed.

Can stray dogs enter the premises?

No, the home is within a fenced area. However, should a stray dog enter, inform the caretaker and he will address the issue.

Is the property properly fenced? Is there a boundary wall?

Yes, our home is properly fenced.

Is there First-aid kit available at your Home?

No, there is no first-aid kit available.

Is the villa and its surroundings well lit up?

The villa is well lit up. There is enough lighting even in the surrounding areas.

From Mumbai-Goa Highway, head north on NH 66. Take Nagothane Pezari Road and MIDC Pipe Line Road to NH166A in Pezari. Turn right onto MIDC Pipe Line road and continue onto Shreegaon - Medekhar road. Turn left at RENEO ENERGY onto NH166A and continue on Thal Road. Reach Chondi junction and take a left from Alibag Revas Road. After the RCF Agricultural centre take a right and go straight till Ganesh Galli and take a right from there to reach the property on the left at the dead end.

Yes, our home is senior citizen/elderly-friendly. As we have 1-Bedroom on the ground-floor.

No, this is not a pet-friendly villa. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Guests can visit Thal beach located near the villa. Alibag beach, Siddheshwar waterfall and Kolaba fort located at a distance of 6 kms, 13.4 kms and 6.4 kms respectively.
